We are looking for a Picker / Packer to join our team at . This role involves distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹15000 - ₹18000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, pack and dispatch goods while maintaining stock records.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure only the best products are dispatched.

• Check expiry dates, batch numbers, and quantities before dispatch

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • 6–7 months of experience in a pharma distribution or related organization

  • Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduate (preferred)

  • Willingness to work in night shifts

  • Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks.

  • Familiarity with pharma distribution or warehouse operations.

  Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in night-shift operations
