Picker Packer – Job Description
Job Title
Picker / Packer
Job Responsibilities
Pick products accurately as per customer orders and system instructions.
Pack products safely and properly to avoid damage during transportation.
Check product quantity, quality, SKU, and order details before dispatch.
Scan products using handheld scanners or warehouse systems.
Sort and organize products according to orders and delivery locations.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Complete assigned targets within the required timelines.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the Team Leader or Shift In-Charge.
Coordinate with the warehouse, inventory, and dispatch teams when required.
Follow attendance, shift timings, and workplace discipline.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
Freshers can apply; warehouse experience is an advantage.
Basic understanding of reading, counting, and product identification.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Key Skills
