Key Responsibilities:
• Pick products accurately as per order requirements.
• Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
• Label and prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with warehouse/store teams for smooth operations.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
• Prior experience in retail warehouse/store operations preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory handling and packing procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit to handle lifting and movement of goods.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
