Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Packaging Boy. The primary role involves securely packing products, attaching correct labels, and preparing shipments safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Packing: Safely pack products using appropriate packing materials (bubble wrap, boxes, tape, strapping, etc.) to prevent damage during transit.
Labeling & Barcoding: Accurately apply shipping labels, barcodes, and product details on packages.
Quality Check: Inspect products for any damage or defects before packing them.
Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of packing materials (boxes, tape, plastic wrap) and report shortages to the supervisor in advance.
Workspace Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the packaging area.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 8th or 10th pass (ability to read and write basic English/Hindi is preferred).
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in packaging or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
Soft Skills: Punctual, honest, hardworking, and able to work well in a team.
