Role - Experienced (2-4 Yrs): •Minimum 2-4 Years OTM Technical experience in OTM Cloud and latest versions. •OTM monitoring competency like handling event & transmissions monitoring •Basic technical and functional knowledge of the latest OTM Application modules such as order management, OTM finance, shipment management and automation agents. •Must have ability to write SQL statements for automation agents and other technical topics. •Must have capability to check OTM logs. •Experience in end-to-end OTM life cycle/implementations and OTM architecture. •Good analytical skills to work on daily tasks. •Good to have experience of ServiceNow tool handling, ITSM process understanding. •Candidate will be part of RUN team to handle daily monitoring, INC/RITMs. •Good in communication skills.
