Operations Executive - Logistic

About the Role

Countrywide Logistics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Logistics) to manage day-to-day logistics operations, shipment coordination, MIS reporting, and operational documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with logistics operations, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation operations.

• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational dashboards.

• Manage logistics documentation, records, and data accuracy.

• Coordinate with clients, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams.

• Resolve operational issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

• Analyze operational data and generate reports using Advanced MS Excel.

• Ensure compliance with company processes and operational standards.

• Support continuous improvement of logistics operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 4 years in Logistics, Supply Chain, Courier, Transportation, or Operations.

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• Candidates with relevant logistics experience will be given preference.

Job Location

This is a transferable position. Selected candidates may be posted at any company branch based on operational requirements.

The final work location will be discussed and confirmed during the interview based on the candidate's profile and business requirements.
