Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tender and Proposal Executive specializing in process instruments to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in preparing and managing tenders and proposals for our range of instrumentation products.

Responsibilities:

• Tender Management: Manage the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant opportunities, analyzing tender requirements, and preparing comprehensive tender submissions.

• Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals tailored to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with project specifications and requirements.

• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of process instruments, including flow, level, pressure, and temperature transmitters, as well as analyzers, to effectively respond to technical queries and requirements.

• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the industry. 

• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and maximize client satisfaction.

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including tender documents, proposal templates, and project specifications, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.

• Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and procurement, to gather relevant information and resources for tender and proposal development.

• Deadline Management: Manage multiple tender and proposal deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely submission and adherence to client requirements.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the tender and proposal management process, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven 3-5 years of experience in tender and proposal management, preferably in the field of process instruments.

• In-depth knowledge of process instruments, including flow, level, pressure, and temperature transmitters, as well as analyzers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite and tender management software.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a startup environment.
