Operation Support Responsibilities - •Driver Management & Coordination
• -Coordinate with Ambassadors (field staff) for vehicle pick-up and drop-off services.
• Hire and onboard drivers in line with operational needs. Assist In mobile App training for field staff
• Service Centre Coordination
• Monitor task /booking progress, route updates, and timely task completion
• Ensure seamless coordination to facilitate efficient vehicle movement and minimize delays. Resolve issues or escalations from the field promptly
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with assigned service centres
• Reporting & MIS
• Handle backend operations via our service portal and CRM
• Maintain daily/weekly / Monthly etc operational MIS and reports for productivity review

Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in support, logistics, or operations role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Good command of basic computer tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp, CRMs)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Experience in managing field teams or blue-collar staff is a plus
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
