Operation Executive-Logistic

We are looking for a Operation Executive-Logistic(Fleet Management) to join our team at at Shree Balaji Roadlines. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule vehicle dispatches as per customer requirements.

• Track vehicle movement using GPS and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Coordinate with drivers regarding trip schedules, loading, unloading, and route updates.

• Monitor fleet utilization and minimize vehicle idle time.

• Ensure all vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, Fitness, Permit, PUC, etc.) are valid and renewed on time.

• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and breakdown support with the workshop.

• Maintain daily trip sheets, logbooks, fuel records, and mileage reports.

• Verify fuel consumption and identify operational discrepancies.

• Coordinate with HR for driver attendance, leave, and manpower requirements.

• Resolve customer complaints related to transportation services.

• Ensure compliance with road safety norms and company SOPs.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on fleet operations.

• Coordinate with Accounts for trip closure, POD submission, and billing documentation.

• Monitor driver behavior and ensure adherence to company policies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
Must Known Telgu Language.
