About the Role

Wondergoods is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive to join our Operations & Supply Chain team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, B2C order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination, RTO/RTV management, and MIS reporting.

The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, and the capability to manage day-to-day operational activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor daily B2C order processing through e-commerce and online platforms.

Track orders throughout the complete order lifecycle, from order confirmation to dispatch and delivery.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

Track and manage RTO (Return to Origin) shipments and ensure timely action and closure.

Coordinate and monitor RTV (Return to Vendor) processes.

Identify and resolve discrepancies related to orders, inventory, dispatch, delivery, RTO, and RTV.

Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and daily trackers.

Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports covering operational KPIs.

Ensure timely and accurate data updates across relevant ERP, OMS, e-commerce, and internal systems.

Analyze operational data and highlight pending activities, discrepancies, and exceptions to management.

Follow established operational processes and contribute to process improvement and efficiency enhancement.

Ensure daily operational activities are completed within defined timelines and accuracy standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

2–4 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Operations.

Practical experience in B2C order processing and order management.

Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse coordination.

Hands-on experience in RTO and RTV management.

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Experience with E-commerce, OMS, ERP, or order management platforms will be an advantage.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Strong ownership and a proactive approach toward daily operational responsibilities.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.

Candidates with a Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics will be preferred.

Compensation

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.
