Responsibilities:
● Optimize and oversee operations in designated area to ensure efficiency
● Understanding and communicating the targets and driving Team Performance
● Capable of understanding and driving its team to all the technology updates
● Managing stakeholder’s communication across multiple lines of business on process changes, escalation
etc.
● Ensuring all compliances from team members and drivers in his designated area
● Maximising revenue, fulfilment and profitability.
● Report to higher authority on progress and issues
● Owning Specific people programs on training and development and team engagement
● Interact with client Hub PoC to ensure that all escalations are addressed on time
Requirements
● Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
● In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
● Good PC skills, especially MS Excel, google sheets
● Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation thorough understanding of negotiating techniques.
● Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to take decisions on the feet
