Operation Executive

We are looking for a Operation Executive to join our team at Aulten Digital Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.

• Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.

• Check the quality of goods before dispatch.

• Monitor and update inventory regularly.

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, product).

•  Track shipment until it reaches the Amazon FC (Fulfillment Center)  

• Plan Amazon Vendor Central shipment.

• Reconcile missing or damaged inventory.

• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel (Excel/Sheets)

• Process-oriented thinking

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Advance computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
