MIS Executive

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our telecom operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, generating reports, and providing insights to support business decisions. This role is crucial in streamlining processes and ensuring accurate information flow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, update, and analyze large volumes of operational and customer data

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales, network performance, customer service, etc.

• Automate regular reports using Excel formulas, macros, and dashboards

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical, Customer Support) to collect and validate data

• Assist in forecasting and performance tracking

• Ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies in reporting

• Support management in decision-making through data-driven insights

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, Charts)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with telecom
