Visit assigned vending machines as per the daily route plan.
Replenish products and maintain adequate stock levels in machines.
Check machine inventory and identify fast-moving and slow-moving products.
Ensure products are properly arranged, labelled, and within their expiry dates.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of vending machines and surrounding areas.
Check machines for basic operational issues and immediately report technical problems.
Monitor product shortages, damages, expiry, and wastage.
Maintain accurate records of replenishment, stock movement, and machine visits.
Collect and submit daily replenishment and inventory reports.
Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for product requirements.
Ensure company products and assets are handled safely and responsibly.
Follow assigned routes and complete all machine visits within the scheduled time.
Support the operations team in resolving customer or location-related issues.
Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
