Machine Operator

Warehouse System Operations

• Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns processes.

• Create and process GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), shipment orders, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.

• Monitor order allocation, picking, packing, and dispatch status in the system.

• Ensure real-time system updates for all warehouse transactions.

Inventory Management

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation and cycle count support.

• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.

• Generate inventory and operational reports for management and clients.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, transport teams, and clients regarding shipment status and operational issues.

• Support customer queries related to inventory, order status, and dispatch updates.

• Escalate system or operational issues to the appropriate teams.

Data & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Maintain accurate documentation and digital records.

• Track KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and turnaround time.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced warehouse environments.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic understanding of logistics and transportation processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-commerce or FMCG warehousing.

• Knowledge of barcode/RF scanning systems.

• Familiarity with SLA and KPI management in 3PL operations.
