Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure work is completed efficiently while maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and monitor employee performance.
Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare daily attendance and work reports.
Coordinate with management regarding operational updates.
Resolve employee concerns and operational issues.
Ensure workplace safety and quality standards are maintained.
Monitor productivity and implement process improvements.
Train and guide new employees.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
