Job Description: Executive – Logistics, Inventory & Billing
Location: Ranjangaon / Pune
Experience: 2–5 Years (FMCG, Food, Dairy, or Manufacturing preferred)

Role Overview
We are hiring a multi-functional Logistics Executive to oversee real-time vehicle control tower tracking, inventory reconciliation, warehouse dispatch, and billing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Control Tower & Dispatches: Monitor live primary/secondary vehicle tracking, route adherence, transit delays, and delivery SLAs.
Billing & Documentation: Generate delivery challans, tax invoices, gate passes, and e-way bills accurately in ERP/SAP.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular physical stock audits against system records (WMS/SAP) to eliminate discrepancies, leakage, and shortages.
Operations & Escalation: Coordinate daily with transport vendors, drivers, plant logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve operational bottlenecks in real time.
Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, control tower monitoring, inventory management, or dispatch billing.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Tally), and logistics tracking tools.
Strong numerical, analytical, and escalation management skills.
Flexibility to support plant shift operations.
