Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Logistics to support

day-to-day logistics operations, including order pickups, dispatch coordination, delivery

tracking, and vendor coordination. The candidate should be capable of handling logistics

activities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Pickup & Delivery Coordination

● Coordinate timely pickups from vendor locations.

● Track dispatches and ensure smooth deliveries to clients/sites.

● Follow up with vendors and delivery partners for status updates.

● Resolve basic operational issues related to pickup and delivery delays.

2. Logistics Operations Support

● Assist in route planning and transportation coordination.

● Support the team in reducing delivery delays and operational costs.

● Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle arrangements and dispatch schedules.

3. Vendor Coordination

● Maintain regular communication with courier and logistics partners.

● Support onboarding documentation for new vendors and delivery partners.

● Ensure vendors follow company timelines and operational standards.

4. Reporting & Documentation

● Maintain daily logistics MIS reports and delivery records.

● Update shipment tracking sheets and operational dashboards.

● Share regular updates with reporting managers and internal teams.

5. Team & Internal Coordination

● Coordinate with operations, procurement, and client servicing teams for smooth

execution.

● Ensure proper communication regarding dispatch schedules and delivery timelines.

6. Compliance & Safety

● Ensure safe handling and transportation of materials.

● Follow company logistics and safety guidelines during operations.

7. Operations Management

● Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

● Manage order processing, production follow-ups, and dispatch schedules.

● Ensure timely execution of client requirements as per committed timelines.

● Monitor quality checks before dispatch.

● Maintain operational MIS reports and daily status updates.

● Handle procurement coordination and material tracking.

● Support client servicing team in operational execution.

Desired Profile

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).

● 1–3 years of logistics or operations experience.

● Basic knowledge of transportation and dispatch coordination.

● Good communication and coordination skills.

● Familiarity with Excel, MIS reporting, and logistics tracking tools.

● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
