Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive with 2–4 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in chemical trading or hazardous goods handling. The candidate will be responsible for managing transportation, warehouse coordination, documentation, compliance, and ensuring safe and timely delivery of chemical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch and transportation activities

• Arrange transport and negotiate freight rates

• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries

• Coordinate with warehouse for stock inward/outward

• Maintain inventory accuracy (FIFO / FEFO)

• Ensure proper storage and safe handling of chemicals

• Manage E-way bills, invoices, and transport documentation

• Maintain MSDS and ensure regulatory compliance

• Prepare dispatch reports and logistics MIS

• Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and vendors

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of logistics & supply chain operations

• Experience in chemical / hazardous goods handling preferred

• ERP / SAP / Tally and MS Excel proficiency

• Understanding of transport & regulatory compliance

• Vendor coordination & negotiation skills

• Good communication and problem-solving ability

• Attention to detail & time management

• Open to travel across Pan India (mandatory).
