Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Executive responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, transportation, dispatch, and coordination to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of raw materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.

2. Coordinate transportation and vehicle arrangements for material movement.

3. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of finished goods to customers.

4. Coordinate with vendors, transporters, suppliers, and internal departments.

5. Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and LR copies.

6. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials.

7. Monitor transportation costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

8. Coordinate with the production, warehouse, purchase, and sales teams.

9. Handle logistics-related issues, delays, and customer complaints.

10. Maintain records of inventory movement, dispatch, and transportation.

11. Ensure compliance with applicable GST and transportation documentation requirements.
