We're Hiring: Logistics Executive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will manage and streamline the entire logistics, packaging, and dispatch process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatches and deliveries across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce channels

• Coordinate with courier partners, transport agencies, and in-house delivery teams

• Plan and schedule shipments based on order priority and delivery timelines

• Handle packaging of machines and products to ensure safe and secure transit

• Monitor order flow from packing to final delivery and update systems accordingly

• Handle documentation including invoices, shipping labels, and transport bills

• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays proactively

• Maintain records of dispatches, returns, and inventory movement

• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain coordination

• Experience in machine packaging and handling fragile/technical equipment

• Familiar with e-commerce shipping portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and courier dashboards

• Knowledge of basic Excel and inventory/ERP tools

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and solve logistical issues quickly
