About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring that products are stored, transported, and delivered efficiently and on time. The successful candidate will handle end-to-end logistics operations, maintain strong vendor and customer relationships, and contribute to continuous improvements in our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily logistics operations including order processing, shipping, and delivery coordination.

• Work closely with transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.

• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any transportation or delivery issues.

• Oversee warehouse stock levels, ensuring proper documentation and inventory accuracy.

• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and customs documentation as required.

• Track KPIs related to logistics performance, costs, and service levels, and prepare regular reports.

• Ensure all logistics activities comply with health, safety, and legal requirements.

• Support optimization of logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience (minimum 1–3 years) in logistics, supply chain, or distribution roles.

• Knowledge of logistics software and systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
