• Source and procure vehicles through transport brokers, commission agents, and empanelled vendors to meet daily placement requirements.
• Coordinate with drivers, fleet owners, and field teams to ensure timely vehicle deployment and en-route tracking.
• Prepare and verify Lorry Receipt (LR) documentation with accuracy; ensure end-to-end POD compliance.
• Update and maintain records in the company ERP system on a real-time basis.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on shipment status, exception handling, and escalation resolution.
• Communicate proactively with clients, brokers, and internal teams in Hindi, Tamil, and English.
• Monitor vehicle movement via GPS and coordinate with drivers for timely delivery.
• Maintain vendor performance records, rate negotiations, and placement logs.
