Reports to Manager – Order Management

Location : Chandigarh Regional Offices

Qualification

Degree/Diploma in Any Stream with 1 or 2 years of experience in product mfg. organization / Warehouse management activities/E-commerce.

Experience & skills

1 or 2 years of experience in Warehouse management activities/E-commerce & MIS reporting with Good Communication/Co-ordination skills, good excel / MS Office skills, and exposure of working in any ERP. Experience of working in SAP will be added advantage.

Primary Function

Responsible for customer order execution activities from processing indent in system till delivery of material to customer. Act as a point of contact between customer and various internal departments in execution related activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Processing indent in SFDC and creation of Sales order in SAP

2. Review of customer order and indent details for accuracy of data input like, item, Qty, Rate, Sign & stamp, Delivery schedule, other special instructions etc.

3. Allocation of material as per customer demand

4. Identify and highlight operational issues in customer order execution

5. Maintain & Monitor Sales UEOB

6. Co-ordinate with Sales team & Dealer for billing of material available in stock

7. Expediting activities for early delivery of material from vendor by coordinating with SCM planning team

8. Drive sales of material in stock with sales team and dealers

9. Issue OBD to bill material from various depots

10. Co-ordinate with Logistics & Finance team to execute billing seamlessly

11. Co-ordinate with customer till material gets unloaded at consignee place
