Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to manage day-to-day logistics operations, transportation, dispatches, and delivery coordination. The candidate will ensure timely deliveries, efficient vehicle utilization, proper documentation, and smooth coordination with warehouses, transporters, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations, including dispatch, transportation, and delivery activities.

• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products to distributors, retailers, and other customers.

• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor vehicle movement, route planning, delivery schedules, and transportation costs.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other logistics documents.

• Track shipments and resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, and operational discrepancies.

• Monitor vehicle utilization and ensure efficient loading and unloading of goods.

• Maintain inventory movement records and coordinate with warehouse teams for stock availability.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations.

• Prepare daily logistics reports, MIS, and performance reports related to dispatches, deliveries, and transportation costs.

• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
