लॉजिस्टिक्स सुपरवाइजर

Key Responsibilities:

· Book vehicles for the transportation of flooring materials.

· Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

· Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transport records.

· Maintain accurate records of material dispatches and transportation details.

· Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams for smooth dispatch operations.

· Track shipments and follow up with transporters on delivery status.

· Ensure all dispatch documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures.

Requirements:

· Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

· 1–2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination.

· Basic knowledge of dispatch documentation and transportation processes.

· Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) is preferred.

· Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet dispatch schedules.
