smooth operations.

 Delivery Partner Coordination: Collaborate with delivery partners to confirm delivery schedules,

resolve any delays or issues, and ensure timely deliveries.

 Client Communication: Act as the point of contact for clients regarding their orders, addressing

inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues related to delivery.

 Tracking and Monitoring: Monitor the status of all ongoing orders, track shipments, and ensure

the timely arrival of goods at the destination.

 Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any logistical issues, delays, or complications

that may occur to ensure minimal disruption to deliveries.

 Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery schedules, and vendor

interactions. Ensure all paperwork related to logistics and shipments is complete and up to date.

 Process Improvement: Continuously assess logistics processes and suggest improvements for

increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team (sales, customer service, and warehouse) to

ensure smooth operations from order processing to delivery.
