Candidate should belong to the logistics division.
Should be aware of the local language.
Should have good knowledge of the city geography.
Preference will be given to candidates from healthcare logistics background.
Must have experience in handling day-to-day logistics operations and team management.
Should be capable of managing rider allocation, route planning, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Experience in handling client coordination and issue resolution.
Should be able to monitor productivity, TAT, and ensure SLA compliance.
Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsible for manpower hiring, onboarding, and team handling.
Ensure smooth daily operations and take ownership of overall site activities.
