लॉजिस्टिक्स सुपरवाइजर

Responsibilities-

• Manage, coordinate & lead team of with drivers for car pick-up and drop-off services

• Monitor job progress, route updates, and timely task completion

• Handle operations through service portal and technology platform

• Communicate well with service centers, customers, and partners professionally

• Maintain daily operational MIS and reports

• Resolve issues or escalations from the field promptly

• Assist in onboarding & training and onboarding personnels

Note: We are looking for professionals from South Delhi areas only, however we welcome extremely good talent who are very experienced & has ability to deliver results in Hybrid work model. Ability to assist on Technology enhancements will be added advantage.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

• 2–5 years of experience in support, logistics, or operations role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Good command of basic computer tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp, CRMs)

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Experience in managing field teams or blue-collar staff is a plus

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
