Location: Jhandewalan near Metro

Department: Logistics & Operation

Reporting To: Logistics Manager / Operations Head

Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

T&C: Candidate must be available on call on Sundays if required

Leave: 1 Per Month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Logistics Executive (Male) to manage day-to-day dispatch scheduling, unloading coordination, and seamless communication between transporters, drivers, clients, and the internal operations team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the logistics industry and possess strong communication and coordination skills, along with the ability to handle time-sensitive responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Dispatch Scheduling:

1. Plan and schedule dispatches in coordination with transporters.

2. Ensure vehicles are arranged and dispatched as per delivery plans.

Unloading Coordination:

Coordinate daily unloading activities with drivers.

Send timely emails to clients regarding vehicle status and unloading updates.

Data Management:

1. Maintain accurate records of daily dispatch and unloading details.

2. Ensure documentation is up to date and easily accessible.

Purchase Order Management:

1. Update purchase orders in the tracking sheet daily.

2. Adjust quantities based on dispatch and unloading status (+/-) on a daily basis.

Transit Monitoring:

1. Maintain constant communication with drivers for real-time updates during transit.

2. Address any issues or delays proactively.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

1. Liaise between the logistics and operations teams to ensure alignment on schedules and deliveries.

2. Provide regular updates to all concerned departments.

Candidate Requirements:

Gender: Male

Experience: Minimum 1-5 years in the logistics industry.

Skills:

1. Strong coordination and organizational abilities.

2. Good knowledge of logistics operations and vehicle tracking

3. Proficiency in MS Excel and email writing

NOTE : Ability to draft professional emails to clients with delivery and unloading status updates•

4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi

Additional Requirements:

1. Should be proactive and able to handle pressure situations

2. Must be flexible for on-call coordination on Sundays if necessary

3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
