लॉजिस्टिक्स मैनेजर

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end sales shipment operations and ensure seamless logistics support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily dispatches, handling transactions through Porter and other logistics platforms, maintaining cost-effective shipping practices, and ensuring timely delivery with high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all outbound sales shipments across regions ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.

• Maintain and update MIS reports to track daily shipments, costs, and delivery timelines.

• Handle bookings and transactions through Porter and other relevant logistics partners.

• Continuously evaluate and identify cost-saving opportunities by comparing rates, delivery TATs, and service quality from multiple logistics providers.

• Ensure operations are performed efficiently, in a convenient and cost-effective manner.

• Monitor and verify monthly invoices from logistics vendors and ensure accuracy in billing as per agreed rates and terms.

• Maintain compliance with all internal SOPs and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting.

• Liaise with sales and warehouse teams for smooth coordination of order dispatches and issue resolution.

• Prepare and present logistics performance dashboards and cost summaries to the management.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch coordination, or a similar role.

• Proficient in MS Excel and capable of handling MIS/reporting tools.

• Experience with platforms like Porter or similar logistics aggregators is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost optimization and vendor comparison.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.

Preferred Attributes

• Knowledge of freight costing and basic contract terms (TAT, service levels, etc.)

• Prior experience working with multiple logistics partners/vendors

• Ability to work independently and handle pressure during peak periods

Salary:

·        ₹30000-40000 Based On Experience
