Logistics Manager

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to join our team at at Toy Tales Llp. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing and tracking shipments from suppliers and vendors.

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.

  • Prepare and process shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, shipping labels).

  • Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

  • Handle customer and supplier inquiries regarding deliveries, shipment status, and inventory.

  • Assist in the preparation of logistics reports and tracking of key performance metrics.

  • Help organize and maintain warehouse space, ensuring that products are stored properly.

  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments, inventory, or documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations regarding shipments and deliveries.

  • Liaise with third-party carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to arrange transportation and logistics services.

  • Assist in managing the transportation budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 5 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
