लॉजिस्टिक्स मैनेजर

Job Title: Logistics Executive.

Industry: Export–Import / International Trade / Logistics

Experience: 5 -7 Years (EXIM background preferred)

Location: Site 4, Greater Noida

Salary: 25000-35000 (in hand)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations for import and export shipments.

Handle booking with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters.

Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and insurance documents.

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while minimizing delays and costs.

Liaise with customs brokers, CHA, shipping lines, and internal departments.

Ensure compliance with export–import regulations, customs rules, and DGFT guidelines.

Manage container movement, stuffing, destuffing, and transportation schedules.

Monitor freight costs, negotiate rates, and ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.

Handle export/import documentation discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain accurate logistics records, MIS reports, and shipment status updates.

Key Skills & Competencies:-

Strong knowledge of EXIM procedures and logistics operations.

Familiarity with Incoterms, HS codes, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.

Experience coordinating with CHAs, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP / logistics software.
