Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily billing, invoicing, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination using ERP software (Odoo or similar). This is a hands-on role critical to smooth order processing and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage invoices, bills, and sales orders in ERP (Odoo or similar)
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements
Handle product entries, lot numbers, and batch tracking
Coordinate dispatches and shipment bookings
Schedule pickups and manage returns with logistics partners
Follow up with courier/logistics companies for delays, issues, and PODs
Reconcile orders, shipments, and inventory data
Support warehouse and sales team with ERP updates
Generate basic operational reports when required
Requirements
Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo preferred, others acceptable)
Experience in billing, invoicing, or inventory operations
Basic understanding of logistics and courier processes
Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple operational tasks daily
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail / e-commerce / distribution operations
Familiarity with batch/lot tracking and POS systems
