Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistic Manager to oversee and manage all logistics operations at our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on warehouse experience, and the ability to take quick decisions during critical situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.

• Plan, manage, and coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.

• Ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations with timely dispatch.

• Manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.

• Handle vendor management, transporters, and third-party logistics partners.

• Implement cost-saving measures and improve operational efficiency.

• Maintain stock accuracy and conduct regular audits.

• Resolve operational issues and handle critical situations effectively.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
  
  Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.

  • Must be a local resident of Bangalore for better area knowledge and quick mobility.

  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage critical or emergency situations.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management & MIS.
