The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and manage operations: Oversee and streamline logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Manage inventory: Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
Handle transportation: Coordinate the movement of goods via various transport methods (e.g., road, air, sea) and ensure their timely delivery.
Negotiate contracts: Establish and negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and customers.
Ensure compliance: Make sure all operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Track performance: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics efficiency.
