Job Description – Supply Chain Executive (Furnishings)

Department: Supply Chain – Furnishings MANAGEMENT

Location: Mumbai Head Office

Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: Graduation mandatory

Job Responsibilities

- Assist the Supply Chain Manager in production planning and servicing for the Fabrics category.

- Create purchase orders and release them to vendors after the required approvals.

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material delivery as per the planned lead time.

- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock availability while avoiding stockouts and excess inventory.

- Coordinate with vendors, Sales, Commercial, Brand teams, and transporters.

- Prioritize urgent production requirements for SKUs facing stock shortages.

- Provide regular updates to Sales and Brand teams regarding inventory availability and expected replenishment timelines.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Basic English communication skills.

- Vendor coordination and stakeholder management.

- Understanding of inventory management, purchase orders, or supply chain operations is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of SAP MM is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Rush order compliance: Above 90%.

- Stock availability: Above 90%.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.

- Graduates with an interest in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Inventory Management, or Production Planning.

- Candidates with good coordination, follow-up, and Excel skills are preferred.
