Key Responsibilities
Product Tracking:
Manage inward and outward product entries.
Ensure timely updates in Busy / tally / Sap Software for all stock movements.
Sales & Purchase Updates:
Record and update all sales and purchase transactions in Busy Software.
Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial entries.
Courier & Dispatch Management:
Track courier details until dispatch and receipt.
Coordinate with courier partners to ensure smooth delivery timelines.
Shipment & Documentation:
Monitor all shipments and maintain proper records.
Prepare and update Challans and related documents.
Ensure records are systematically maintained.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Busy / tally / Sap Software and general computer applications (MS Office, Excel, Email).
Ability to manage documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Skills for coordination.
Candidate Profile
Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, documentation, or inventory management.
Hands-on experience in Busy / tally / Sap Software for product tracking, sales/purchase entries, and shipment records.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
