Job Description – Logistics Executive
Location: Jogeshwari
Job Summary
A Logistics Executive manages the end-to-end supply chain, coordinating transportation, dispatch planning, and inventory to ensure on-time delivery.
Job Responsibilities / Required Skills :
1.Check product rates in Tally, Price Lists, CRM, and other company software.
2.Verify pricing accurately before processing customer orders.
3.Coordinate effectively with the Sales Team and customers regarding pricing, order status, and dispatch updates.
4.Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely vehicle placement and smooth deliveries.
5.Be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
6.Share dispatch details promptly in all respective WhatsApp groups or communication channels after vehicle dispatch.
7.Maintain proper coordination among the Logistics, Sales, Production, and Transport teams to ensure smooth order execution.
8.Ensure timely communication and provide regular updates to all concerned stakeholders.
These responsibilities require strong communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to logistics and dispatch operations.
