Job Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage logistics, dispatch, warehouse, and packaging operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, supervising packaging activities, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise logistics, dispatch, warehouse, and packaging operations.
Ensure proper packaging of products as per company standards.
Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and vendors for smooth operations.
Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
Maintain inventory and stock movement records.
Verify packing lists, invoices, and dispatch documents.
Monitor loading and unloading activities.
Track vehicle movement and delivery status.
Prepare daily logistics and dispatch reports.
Ensure workplace safety and quality standards are followed.
Handle team coordination and manpower management.
Requirements:
12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, packaging, or supply chain operations.
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email).
Good communication and team handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
