Core Logistic Person
Experience to handle B2B Outward Logistics.
Key responsibilities/skills required:
Pick-up and delivery alignment with transport partners.
Tracking and follow-up with transport partners to ensure pickups/deliveries are completed as per appointment and TAT.
Coordination with sales channels to ensure successful stock acceptance at their warehouses.
Highlighting short/partial shipment cases to relevant stakeholders.
Escalating short/partial GRN cases and coordinating for relevant evidence to verify the discrepancy.
Maintaining a monthly transport partner performance tracker covering missed slots, undelivered shipments, shortages, and partial deliveries.
Ability to retrieve and share CCTV footage of packing activities whenever required for business verification.
