Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute daily milk delivery operations during early morning shifts
Create and optimize delivery routes and route mapping for efficiency and cost control
Ensure on-time last-mile delivery of milk and dairy products to customers
Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch team, and delivery executives for smooth operations
Monitor vehicle movement and delivery performance in real-time
Handle route planning, fleet allocation, and load distribution effectively
Resolve on-ground delivery issues such as delays, route deviations, or shortages
Maintain strict adherence to delivery timelines (before customer morning hours)
Track daily KPIs: delivery success rate, delays, returns, and operational costs
Ensure proper handling of perishable products to maintain quality standards
Prepare and submit daily operational reports
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery operations
Experience in FMCG / Dairy / D2C delivery operations preferred
Strong knowledge of route planning and mapping tools (Google Maps, route optimization tools)
Ability to manage early morning shifts and field operations
Good leadership skills to manage delivery teams and drivers
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability under time pressure
Basic knowledge of Excel / reporting tools
