Responsibilities -

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including dispatch, transportation, and tracking of shipments.

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.

• Liaise with transporters, courier partners, and warehouses for smooth operations.

• Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, damages, or incorrect deliveries.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Purchase) for dispatch planning.

• Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate transporter performance.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Zoho or similar).
