जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन

Manage and supervise logistics operations including first mile and last mile sample pickup/delivery.

Coordinate daily route planning for phlebotomists and riders.

Ensure timely and safe transportation of samples to the processing labs.

Monitor cold chain compliance during transit.

Track field staff performance and daily reporting (e.g., GPS/routing systems).

Liaise with collection centers, labs, and transport vendors for smooth coordination.

Handle escalations related to delays, route issues, or lost/damaged samples.

Maintain accurate MIS reports and logs related to pickup/delivery.

Train new staff on SOPs, safety, and logistics protocols.

Ensure adherence to hygiene, sample handling, and biomedical waste disposal norms.

✅ Required Skills:

1–5 years of experience in logistics operations (healthcare/logistics/courier background preferred)

Good knowledge of local area routing and Google Maps

Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of MS Excel and logistics apps (preferred)

Willingness to work in shifts or on-call as per business needs

Understanding of cold chain logistics is a plus.
