Junior Executive

Job Summary

CITYMALL is hiring Junior Executives to manage day-to-day store operations, from opening the store to handling orders, inventory, and basic accounting. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organised, and capable of managing the overall functioning of the store independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the store.

- Open and close the store as per the assigned schedule.

- Handle customer orders, order processing, and dispatch coordination.

- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock availability.

- Manage daily sales records, cash handling, and basic accounts.

- Maintain proper records of transactions, bills, and expenses.

- Ensure the store is clean, organised, and operationally efficient.

- Coordinate with delivery personnel, vendors, and the internal team.

- Prepare daily reports on sales, orders, stock, and store activities.

- Resolve routine operational issues and ensure smooth store functioning.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

- Basic understanding of billing, cash handling, and accounts.

- Good communication and organisational skills.

- Ability to take responsibility for the complete store operations.

- Prior experience in retail, store management, or operations will be an advantage.
