इन्वेंटरी मैनेजर

We are looking for a Inventory Manager to join our team at at Pittie Consumer. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹30000 - ₹50000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inward & Receiving Management

• Manage and supervise the receipt of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

• Verify incoming materials with PO, invoice, and delivery challan.

• Ensure proper GRN creation and documentation in ERP/WMS.

• Coordinate with QC for material clearance and timely storage.

2. Outward & Dispatch Management

• Plan and execute daily dispatch activities as per sales requirements.

• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and load planning.

• Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, and sales teams.

• Monitor timely outbound shipments with correct documentation (invoice, e-way bill, DC).

3. Inventory & Stock Control

• Maintain accurate stock levels across all SKUs and material types.

• Conduct daily cycle counts, monthly physical stock checks, and variance analysis.

• Monitor inventory ageing and highlight slow-moving, near-expiry, or dead stock.

• Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO processes.

• Maintain stock reconciliation between system and physical inventory.

4. Warehouse Operations

• Oversee storage layout, bin management, and material handling.

• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safe material storage practices.

• Monitor manpower productivity and ensure operational efficiency.

• Coordinate closely with production, purchase, and QA teams.

5. Systems & Documentation

• Handle all entries and reports in ERP/WMS (SAP / Tally / Oracle / MS Dynamics).

• Maintain MIS reports (stock reports, consumption, daily inward/outward).

• Ensure compliance with audit, safety, and SOPs.

6. Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in inventory movement and recommend process improvements.

• Implement cost-saving, damage-control, and efficiency enhancement measures.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Any Graduate with 3 - 6+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
