Job Title: RM Store Executive / Raw Material Store In-Charge

Location: Noida 63

Job Summary:

The RM Store Executive is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials including chemicals, plastics, and rubber. The role ensures proper inventory control, material handling, and coordination with procurement and production teams to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials (chemicals, plastics, rubber).

• Maintain proper inventory records (ERP/manual) and ensure stock accuracy.

• Ensure safe storage and handling of hazardous chemicals as per safety guidelines. • Coordinate with the purchase department for incoming materials and discrepancies. • Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.

• Monitor stock levels, minimum stock, and reorder points.

• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

• Maintain proper documentation (GRN, stock registers, batch records).

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and report to management.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Good knowledge of chemicals, plastics, and rubber raw materials.

• Understanding of material storage conditions and safety norms.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP/SAP preferred).

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (preferably in Chemistry, Materials, or related field).

• 5–8 years of experience in RM stores or warehouse management. Preferred Experience:

• Experience in industries like plastics, rubber, polymers, or chemical manufacturing. • Knowledge of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and handling hazardous materials.
