Key Responsibilities
· Manage and monitor inventory across all branches and the warehouse.
· Track daily CRM stock ageing reports and prioritize inventory aged 90+ days.
· Ensure timely clearance of 90–180 day and 180–270 day inventory through branch coordination and sales focus.
· Maintain Zero inventory above 270 days across the company.
· Execute stock transfers between branches based on demand and sales performance.
· Ensure fast-moving products remain available by coordinating timely repeat orders with the Purchase Team.
· Recommend discounts or price revisions for slow-moving inventory with management approval.
· Ensure accurate and timely price updates across all branches.
· Conduct regular branch visits to monitor stock movement, display, and execution.
· Lead weekly review meetings with Store Managers and coordinate with CRM/Software teams to improve inventory processes.
· Prepare weekly MIS reports on stock ageing, stock transfers, sell-through, and inventory performance.
