Maintain accurate inventory records in Tally and ensure proper accounting of stock movements.• Handle inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records.• Track raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory.• Prepare and analyse inventory reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS).• Coordinate with production, stores, and procurement teams for stock-related matters.• Monitor GRN, material consumption, and stock transfers.• Assist in month-end closing related to inventory and costing.• Support internal and external audits by providing inventory data and documentation.• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Key Skills & Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.• Proven experience in inventory accounting in a manufacturing setup.• Strong working knowledge of Tally.• Good proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis & reporting).• Understanding of manufacturing processes and costing basics.• Attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills.• Good coordination and communication abilities.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with stock audits and cycle counts.• Knowledge of GST implications on inventory.• Exposure to ERP systems is an added advantage
