Warehouse & Inventory Executive

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Gender Preference: Male

⚠️ CRITICAL REQUIREMENT:

Hands-on operational knowledge of Zoho Inventory software is mandatory. Please do not apply if you do not have practical experience working on Zoho Inventory.

## Job Description

We are looking for an organized Warehouse & Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, software records, stock movement, and order coordination at our Vaishali facility.

## Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate live stock and inventory records using Zoho Inventory.

* Manage the complete inward and outward movement of goods.

* Monitor stock levels and maintain proper digital inventory records.

* Coordinate daily order processing, packing, and dispatch activities.

* Prepare and maintain delivery challans, GRNs, and stock documents.

* Conduct regular physical stock checks and assist in system reconciliation.

* Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock availability and orders.

* Track inventory movement and quickly report any discrepancies.

* Ensure proper storage, safety, and organization of warehouse stock.

## Required Skills

* Zoho Inventory Software (Compulsory)

* Basic computer operations and good MS Excel skills.

* Basic knowledge of inventory tracking and warehouse operations.

* Strong coordination and organizational skills.

* High attention to detail and data accuracy.

## Eligibility

* Graduate / Diploma preferred.

* 1–2 years of relevant warehouse/inventory experience.

* Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
